An alarm didn't ring

iOS only fires alarms when banner notifications are allowed, the device is not in Silent / Focus / Do Not Disturb, and volume is up. Re-enable notification permission for Shift, and toggle the alarm off and on once to re-arm it.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Sign into the same Apple ID you bought on, open Shift → Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases.

Can I export hours for a payroll period?

Pro members: Profile → Statistics → Export. Pick the date range you need and choose Excel or CSV.
